Using the Site
You can browse and shop at Spartan Kids without an account, but creating one makes things easier (saved addresses, order tracking, rewards points). You agree to use our site for lawful purposes only — no scraping, hacking, spamming, or other shenanigans.
Your Account
- You must be 18+ to create an account
- Keep your password secure — you're responsible for all activity on your account
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
- One person, one account. Please don't create duplicates
- We can suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms
Orders & Payments
When you place an order:
- It's an offer — we accept it once we confirm by email
- We can refuse or cancel orders (rare, but it happens — fraud, stock issues, pricing errors)
- Payment is taken at checkout. COD orders are paid at delivery
- If we cancel your order, you get a full refund within 7 business days
Pricing & Taxes
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We don't add hidden charges — what you see is what you pay.
Shipping & Returns

- Free shipping on orders above ₹699
- 3-5 day delivery to most pin codes
- 30-day easy returns, no questions asked
- Refunds processed within 5-7 days of receiving the return
Content & Intellectual Property
Everything on our site — text, images, designs, logos, illustrations, code — is owned by Spartan Kids or our licensors. You can browse and share for personal use, but you can't:
- Copy or republish our content commercially
- Use our brand name or logo without written permission
- Scrape product data, reviews, or images for AI training or competitor use
- Resell our products under a different brand
Reviews & User Content
When you write a review or post content on our site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for marketing. You promise:
- The review reflects your honest opinion
- You haven't been paid (by anyone) to write it
- You actually bought and used the product
- You won't post anything illegal, hateful, or someone else's content
We can remove reviews that violate these rules. We don't edit reviews to be more flattering — what you write is what gets published.
Limitation of Liability
We work hard to ensure our products are safe, our site works, and our service is reliable. But sometimes things go wrong. To the extent permitted by law:
- Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order
- We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- This doesn't limit your statutory rights as a consumer under Indian law
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Before that, please email support@spartankids.in — most issues can be sorted in a single conversation.
