📦 Shipping

We ship across all of India. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our Bengaluru warehouse and arrive in 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 days for tier-2/3 locations.

🎁 Free Shipping: All orders above ₹999 ship free. Below that, a flat ₹49 shipping fee applies.

Express delivery is available at checkout for an additional ₹99 fee. Same-day delivery is offered for orders placed before 11 am in Bengaluru only.

📍 Tracking

The moment your order leaves our warehouse, you'll get an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track any order live from your My Orders page.

🔄 Returns

If your kid doesn't love it, send it back. Simple as that.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive your return and verify the condition (typically 2-3 business days), we process the refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. UPI refunds typically clear in 1-2 days, cards in 5-7.

Prefer an exchange or store credit? You'll get an extra 10% bonus if you opt for store credit instead of a refund.
