Right now we ship across India only. International shipping is on our 2026 roadmap — join our newsletter to hear first.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — within 2 hours of placing the order, you can edit or cancel via your account dashboard. After that, please contact us and we'll do our best.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
Easy 30-day returns. If your kid doesn't love it, send it back unused in original packaging for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.
How do I start a return?
Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", select the item, and click "Return". We'll schedule a free pickup within 48 hours.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the return (usually 2–3 days), the refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange instead of returning?
Yes! Exchanges are free within 30 days. Pick a replacement product of equal or higher value — we'll only charge the difference, no restocking fee.

Are your products safe for young children?
Every Spartan Kids product is BIS-certified, made with non-toxic inks and child-safe materials, and tested for choking hazards. Age recommendations are clearly marked on every page.
What materials do you use?
Books and flashcards use FSC-certified paper and soy-based inks. Wooden toys use sustainably-sourced rubberwood with non-toxic, water-based finishes.
Are products washable?
Flashcards and laminated products: wipe with a damp cloth. Wooden toys: dry-wipe only. Specific care instructions come with each product.
What if a piece is missing or damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with a photo — we'll ship a free replacement piece or the full product, whichever you prefer.

How strict are the age ranges?
Age ranges are recommendations based on developmental milestones, not hard rules. Younger kids may need more help; older kids may "outgrow" sooner. Trust your instincts.
My child is advanced/behind their age group. Which products should I pick?

Are these products useful in classrooms?
Yes — many of our flashcards, math kits, and games are used by preschools and primary schools across India.

Can I get custom gift wrapping?
Free standard gift wrapping is available only Bulk Order . For custom themes (princess, dinosaur, space etc.), select at checkout — small fee may apply.
Can I add personalised messages?
Yes! Add up to 100 characters at checkout — we'll print on a branded gift card and tuck it inside the wrap.

Do I need an account to shop?
Nope — guest checkout is available. But creating an account gets you order tracking, faster checkout, exclusive deals, and our Mighty Minds newsletter.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit & debit cards, UPI, net banking, EMI options, and Cash on Delivery (orders under ₹5,000).
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS certified gateways with end-to-end encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.
